Important and Eventful Week

Hey guys! It's Lindsey again, with another weekly blog. This week was pretty interesting because we had so much going on! This week my period was working the music mixer, which in my opinion is pretty easy and kinda fun! Monday, was a pretty average day, with not really important events happening. Tuesday, we were supposed to start inter-murals, but due to weather we didn't get an opportunity to.Wednesday, was the day we officially started inter-murals(AKA flag football). The first day of inter-murals was pretty fun, but yet kinda tense at the same time. It was also really hot(as usual). Thursday, was a pretty busy day. We of course, had inter-murals again, but something went wrong. I was in charge of handling a clipboard and being a greeter. I really thought I could handle it, but I guess I couldn't. I wasn't fully sure on what to do while filling out the clipboard, which lead to some "complications", but in the end it was resolved. I still felt upset with myself for not doing the right thing, by asking about the clipboard and I really hope nothing like this comes up again. Afterschool that same day, we had reunion. Then we had open house, right after. I passed out flyers by the gate with savonnah, but unfortunately I had to leave early because my dad wanted me home. Friday, was pretty normal. I did have to make intro for Tuesday, which kind of stressed me out. The reason why was because I had to redo it 3 times. The first was because I misspelled something and it had already finished saving(with the music) which was pretty sad, the second was because while I was adding the music some sort of "error" happened when I was adding in the last song and by the last try I had gotten it(fingers crossed I did everything right).                                                                                                                                                                        There were many highlights and lowlights for this week. A highlight for this week was having reunion. I thought that it was really fun. A lowlight for this week was having to redo intro 3 times. I thought it was really stressful.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              A lesson I learned this week was, to never be afraid to ask for help. I thought this lesson really matched with what went on this week. The reason I think that was because not asking for help when I needed it, got me in trouble with the clipboards. Again, I really hope this doesn't happen again.                                                                                                                                                                                       Like, I've mentioned before we had reunion this week. I thought it was really fun and I learned a lot. We first had the alumni's share their tickets with us and hear some funny stories from them. We then had an activity called "Speed Dating" where we shared the questions we had made to the alumni's, so we could hear what they had to say about them. We lastly ended reunion by taking a group picture and eating with each other in front of A102. A lesson I have learned from the reunion was, relationships grow strong in this class.
