Work, Work, Work!

Hey guys! It’s Lindsey, here with another weekly blog. This week was a rough one. My period worked music. Monday, I had an sba prep for english and it was a relay race but, my team LOST so badly. Tuesday, I had diva presentations and I feel like my group did really well. We also, started the banners for orientation but, came up to a problem, which didn’t have good consequences.
 Wednesday, was the first day for sba and I was really tired. Me and alexis also stayed afterschool to work on the new banners and they came out really nice. Others joined in and we ended up finishing them on friday and I think they look great, so thanks to everyone who helped out! Thursday, was track meet and I stayed with angel and bethany in mrs.stocks and it was really fun!  Even during period 1!  Friday, I stayed late to finish my orientation slides and suprisingly got them done. Oh, and in math my last name turned into a meme, #lovethat:) Today, I stayed home and cleaned my room.

Highlights and lowlights. There were many highlights and lowlights that happened this week. One highlight for me was finishing the slides for orientation and banners. This was a highlight for me because with all testing and assignments happening, myself and others  still managed to get slides and banners done in the end. One lowlight for me this week was, getting kicked out of orientation. This was a lowlight for me because, orientation is an important event and to miss out on it isn’t a good thing.

A lesson I’m learning is to not waste time. This means to manage time wisely. The reason why I choose this to be my lesson for the week is because, I thought it connected to what happened this week. If I had not wasted time, I could’ve helped and done my part to try to complete the banner the first time. In the future, I will learn to not waste time.
